Delivery Policy

If you have questions about shipment times or need assistance with a tracking number, please email info@nativediscovery.com or call (719) 282-7747.

- Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 5:00 p.m. mountain time and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day* that the order is placed. Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e–mail. (Not available for in–store orders if email address is not submitted.)

- Native Discovery, Inc. is operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. Native Discovery, Inc. delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.
